Boscoli's Italian Olive Salad Marinated Chicken (by Helen Nardeccia)

Ingredients

  • 2 good size boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar Boscoli Family Italian Olive Salad

 

Directions
Wash and place chicken breasts in open baking dish. Cover breasts with 1 cup of the Boscoli Family Olive Salad. Salt and pepper lightly. Marinate overnight. Bake 350° – 45 to 50 minutes (check for doneness). Slice and serve with a potato of choice.
 
Goes well with a vinaigrette salad and crusty Italian bread
